Right after I left WA the middle of October, Kelly got a call to rescue to twin baby calves, 24 hours old. They were in pretty bad condition. She tube fed them every 2 hours and nursed them into better health. The smallest one had pneumonia and the other was in sad shape...but after a few days of heat lamps, tube feedings and medicine, Kelly managed to save sweet little their lives.
Now the girls can bottle feed them both, and they have names. The healthiest, or most interested in eating all the time is "Miss Piggy" and her twin brother is "Kermit."
Guess where they live now? In Jeff and Kelly's backyard with permission from the Buckley City Council. Way to go "Saint to the Homeless Animals in WA Kelly".
I love my family and family of friends. Each bring me joy in their own special way. As we gather to celebrate life or share in events we create memories. In these pages I attempt to share some of my best memories so far.
"Typos" are, unfortunately, part of my life. Please forgive any oversights.
